Take Another Look At Jesus
Take another look at Jesus,
And see Him clearly once again;
Observe how the Mighty God
Dearly loves the children of men.
See Him in the Passover Lamb,
Yearly offered for our sin;
For those whose view is clouded,
Take another look at Him.
Take a clearer look at Jesus,
Even when the view seems dim;
See Him often in types and shadows –
All of Scripture speaks of Him.
See Him anguished in the Garden,
See Him suffering upon that tree;
Now risen at the right hand of our Father,
Pleading fervently for you and me.
Take a look at all creation –
Marvel greatly at what you see;
Then take a greater look at Jesus,
For He’s the Creator of you and me.
