How Shall They Call?
In a world that is blinded by darkness,
Men’s souls that are shadowed by night,
We shine out among those around us –
To the lost and perishing, we are the light.
How shall they call unless they hear the truth?
How shall they respond unless they know?
How shall they ever hear the Gospel,
Unless someone here tells them so?
Jesus Christ paid the price that was needed
To redeem mankind back from their sin;
The Holy Spirit came to this world,
So that lost man could be born again.
But how shall they call unless they hear Him?
How shall they respond unless they know?
How shall the lost world hear of Jesus,
Unless someone saved is willing to go?
We need to see the lost souls around us;
Hear their cries, let them touch our hearts;
We’ve been sent out by our Father –
Let us be faithful and each do our part.
How shall they call unless they hear Jesus?
How shall they respond unless they know?
How shall they ever believe the Gospel,
Unless someone here is willing to go?

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
John 20:21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
